Samsung SF 360 fax machine connection problem? - samsung sf 360 driver
I have a Samsung SF-360 fax for work. It connects via a DSL filter into 1 of 3 phone jacks in parallel with BT broadband, even in the system. Collide on car set with 5 rings, but not receive faxes, but not with incoming calls, a fax, there's "Scream. Also, there are 1 DECT telephone answering machine with ease (off) and a remote telephone.
All ideas, which may have been wrong.

The answering machine is probably just before the fax. You can not beep of a fax and an answering machine on the same line - so that both the reaction and the fax (which is what the fax caller know that a fax-) answer, hang up the waiting times - then. In the meantime, responding to recognize start blabbing to keep the fax call that a fax reply.
Choose one or the other. I commend the response of the line when I fax, I expect - Do not accept unsolicited fax calls. (Not only allows me to run an answering machine on the same line, reducing spam.)
